Yes, you can change your item before the rental period starts, given that the item you want to exchange it for is available at your selected rental period. Send us an e-mail at mutuariportugal@gmail.com to request a change a minimum of 10 days before your selected start date.

Can I keep an item longer than my selected dates?

Yes, of course!
If the item is available in the period you want to extend the rent, we will happily help you prolong the period. Send us an e-mail at mutuariportugal@gmail.com to request a prolonged rent.

Can I buy an item if I love it?

We love that you have found an item you love! Unfortunately our items are not available for sale at the moment, but keep in mind that you can always prolong your rental period, given that the item is available.

How much does the shipping cost?

All prices include shipping cost (deliver and returns).

How much does the cleaning cost?

Cleaning cost are covered by the rent price, so it is not necessary for you to clean the handbag while you have it. If you need to remove a stain, please reach out to us at mutuariportugal@gmail.com before attempting this, so we can best assist you with how to remove it.
